We use the vendor report within MyDesktop extensively and find it fantastic. We always include a sample report in our listing kit and find a huge amount of prospective vendors have commented that it is the most comprehensive report they have seen. I could say that I like the Sales Trust Module in MyDesktop because it effectively manages “risk” relating to Trust Accounting; I could also say I like it because my Auditor likes it. However as good a reason as each is, my primary reason for liking it is, it works. It works because of its integration with the CRM database; it’s not an afterthought, a tack on trying to pass itself of as fully integrated. CRM functionality demands a strong front office to back office link; neither team can do their job without it.
